In addition, the client will receive a skills breakdown overview of how this candidate aligns with their project needs. This has often led to our candidate winning the position and leaving our clients satisfied as they would not have otherwise been aware of this candidate or their depth of expertise.
More often than not, the candidates we submit to our clients will receive requests for interviews and even placements within hours. Why? Because we develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with our candidate; take the time to gather as much pertinent information from our candidate and client as possible; ensure a thorough understanding of our candidates SAP skills as it matches your requirement; listen to their personal and professional needs; then ensure overall that it is a suitable match for both. We do not submit 10 Candidates that "sort of" match the requirement. We take the time to submit 3 candidate profile options that are each an excellent match for the requirement so as not to waste anyone’s time.
