At Recruit 121 we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary as a niche international staffing organisation specialising in the placement of contract and permanent consultants within the IT sector. We partner major ‘blue-chip’ organisations from our regional offices across the globe.
We have an operational presence in the UK, the US and our European office based from the heart of Amsterdam. Our Amsterdam operation is growing and we are looking for new Trainee Recruitment Consultant’s to build our next generation successful sales force. You will be tasked with generating new and consistent business opportunities, networking industry contacts, and meeting candidate and clients.

Key skills required for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
· University degree – 2.1 ideally
· Fluent English and ideally German or French native language speaker
· Working permit for The Netherlands for 3 years
· Demonstrated drive, tenacity and the will to win
· Self disciplined
· Willingness to learn
· Excellent organization skills
· Strong communicator and networker
· Ability to spot opportunities
