Recruit 121 Gives Back to the Community

It is no mystery that the success of Recruit 121 as a corporation directly stems from its relationships built on trust, integrity and commitment to excellence. Those principles are what also compel our Recruit 121 staff members to give back to their local and global communities as a team. By retaining a focus on people in our fast-paced technical world, our employees never forget that we also have a corporate responsibility to our local communities. Join us in giving back. Together we can make a difference.

Recruit 121's Eco-Friendly Commitment

Recruit 121 is eco-friendly globally. At Recruit 121, we understand that although it may seem like a David and Goliath scenario, if we each do our small part in caring for the environment around us, we can together make a significant difference. To show our ‘Global Support’ and commitment to the environment we live and work in, our regional offices together are taking various steps to reduce our carbon footprint.

Examples:

  • Our EMEA region has partnered with ATIA Solutions, a carbon neutral company, in rolling out a new VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) phone system.
  • The majority of our EMEA and Chicago office sta¬ff also walk, ride a bike or take public transportation to and from work in an eff¬ort to help reduce smog and traffic congestion associated with major city office locations.
  • We recycle our old electronics such as computers and phones to schools and disadvantaged businesses.
  • We make a concerted effort to move to a paperless office by currently working through some of our customers portal systems while developing our own.

We are proud to give our support to the following charities:
