Training Program Overview

Recruit 121 believes in the investment and optimization of not only its processes but its people. Since the first ‘Boot Camp’ Intensive Training Program (ITP) was developed and implemented in August 2006, it has successfully enabled only the best of the best Candidate Development Trainees to join the established team members of our Recruit 121 Client and Candidate Development Teams. The end of 2007 saw this same intensive training template launched in our Amsterdam office also with successful results. Unable to ignore this continuous return on investment in our people, the executive management launched the program company-wide and further strengthened its global Training Team.

With the Recruit 121 ITP showing immediate proven success now in all regions and fondly nicknamed by successful graduates as ‘clog camp and the fishbowl’, the program will continue to be developed and utilized globally. The Training Team not only provides extensive initial training on being a successful IT Recruitment consultant but also provides ongoing training to all our internal staff members.
