Our level of growth has been achieved through ensuring that our level of customer service is of the highest standard. We apply numerous quality measures and standards:
- Insurance, Compliance and Regulation – Wherever you are located and regardless of the contractual relationship, every assignment will be in compliance with the social, income, working directive, value added (if applicable) and local tax legislation in force. We regularly review this legislation to ensure we remain current and work with international legal and audit partners to ensure our compliance. We hold all required insurances as either required by law through legislation or as required under any client 'Service Level Agreements'. Lastly, we uphold all requirements governing recruitment and labor laws.
- Quality Assurance Department – We govern each and every assignment transaction against pre-defined service criteria. This department is horizontal reporting directly in to the board and acts strictly to ensure we meet or exceed our quality and service commitments.
- Contractor Care – This team allows the candidate to focus 100% of their time to the job at hand, focusing on client deliverables. All travel, administration, timesheet, accommodation and non 'core work' related activities are managed by the Contractor Care Department.
