The Problem

The Canadian Industry was getting slow for SAP work. I had eight years of SAP® Functional experience in the Funds Management module. The USA industry was starting to acquire SAP® as their industry solution. A client of Recruit 121™, The Los Angeles Unified School Board had acquired the ERP solution and required a consultant with Funds Management (PBC) experience. I am usually contacted by agencies who aren’t fully aware of my skill sets. Also, I previously worked with other resourcing companies where you were only considered a number in their company. Their only interest was in increasing their bottom line. With these other agencies, you never had a call to see how everything was going on the job and if they could be of any help.

The Solution

I was contacted by Recruit 121 to see if I would be interested in working on the ERP solution in LA. The efficient staff at Recruit 121 matched my expertise with the requirement of their client and took care of all the required paperwork. Being a Canadian, I was required to have a working Visa which was completely handled by Recruit 121. The staff at Recruit 121 went out of their way to ensure that I as a consultant and person was happy with my new job and if I had any issues, they were there to help. As for Recruit 121, they never shy away from issues. They were always available to help and took time out of their busy schedule to come and visit and make you feel that you are part of their organization.

The Result

During my project, my son had a terrible accident and I was called home to attend to my son. Recruit 121, took care of everything with the client. Their main concern was the recovery of my son. They were very helpful in looking after everything with the client. I will always be grateful of the kindness and generosity of the staff at Recruit 121. Another big advantage with working with Recruit 121 is the speed and ease of processing your claims. You send your claim and two days after, they deposit your pay in your bank account. This is not the case with other companies I previously worked with. You were never paid until they received their money. Therefore, it usually took two months to get paid. This caused financial hardship to some of my collegiate who were the only one working in the household.
