Entry Level SAP (IT) Recruiter - Chicago, IL
Recruit 121 is an international staffing firm that focuses on the placement of SAP professionals in both permanent and contract positions worldwide. Recruit 121 has offices in Cardiff (UK), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Chicago (downtown), and San Diego/La Jolla. We are currently hiring for an SAP Recruiter to join our Chicago team on a full-time basis. Duties:
Locate, evaluate, interview, and place highly skilled SAP professionals on a contract, contract to hire or permanent basis
Collaborate with colleagues to confirm job requirements, competencies, selection criteria, salary budget, interview teams and creation of search strategy
Execute comprehensive and innovative recruiting strategies to build a strong network of viable candidates
Establish a pipeline of candidates for future openings through a variety of staffing approaches including Networking sites (LinkedIn), candidate referrals and other recruitment strategies
Conduct phone screens, verify previous work and ensure candidates meet the specific job requirements
Initiate reference checks
Requirements:
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in high pressure and time sensitive settings
Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work
Proficiency with MS Office, Email and Web/Internet searches
Recruitment experience preferred but not necessary
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
