Job Description:
- Source and generate new business in the Mid West & North Eastern territories
- Cold calling on organizations using or implementing SAP software - approximately 50 calls per day
- Schedule 10 or more appointments per month
- Make 4 placements per month, Subcontract or Direct-Hire
- 25-50% Travel building customer relationships

Required Skills:
- At least 2 years experience developing and/or managing accounts for a staffing firm, preferably within IT and, more specifically, SAP (or ERP)
- Extensive cold calling and client facing experience
- Ability to communicate with IT, HR and Procurement representatives at all levels within an organization
- Proven experience of sourcing clients, developing strong relationships, growing and retaining accounts
- Strong track record of consistently making placements, either full time or subcontract
- Good problem solving skills
- Dedication and loyalty in addition to a 'can do' attitude to get the job done.
- Ability to understand our target audience
- Strong customer service, both internally and externally
- Well versed in all the standard MS Office applications
Preferred Skills:
- IT recruitment / staffing experience, ideally within SAP (or ERP)
- Experience with developing, managing and retaining accounts, from small to mid-size enterprises, to large domestic and international organizations
- Minimum Bachelors or 4-year degree. MBA is preferable

Job Description
Following the successful completion of a comprehensive induction training scheme, you will be an integral part of the global permanent team as a full-time Candidate Development 'Resource Consultant'. You will work in a fast-paced environment linking with our Client Development- Permanent Division Team and delivering quality candidates to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include attracting and sourcing candidates via in-house tools and techniques but the real value add you will provide will be by developing a number of creative techniques including Search & Selection, on-line advertisements and extensive Networking. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships that will bring benefit to your role and the team's objectives. In addition, you will fully qualify and close candidates against SAP Direct-Hire requirements won by the Client Development-Permanent Division Team and support the business development function in the full recruitment cycle. Our highly-speialized management team will assist you at every stage of your development, so you will quickly achieve your potential and expand your skill base.
General Responsibilities
- Candidate generation through networking
- Contacting new and current candidates
- Candidate database management
- Qualifying candidate's skills against client job specifications
- Interviewing / screening candidates
- Checking references as necessary
- Managing and setting up 3rd Party Vendor contracts as necessary
- Maintaining solid relationships with candidates
- Lead Generation
Experience you must bring to the table:
Although training is provided, successful applicants should already have the following skills / qualifications:
- An excellent telephone manner and confidence to conduct face to face meetings
- Previous sales and/or call centre experience
- You must be dynamic and be ready to go the extra mile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A creative approach and ability to 'think outside the box'
- You must be target driven
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent organization and administrative skills
- IT literacy, particularly MS Office suite
- Educated to degree level
- Any prior recruitment experience in any industry. Permanent / Direct-Hire recruitment experience is a bonus
- Additional Language skills are an added benefit
Compensation
A compensation package promoting unlimited income potential includes a competitive annual base salary, uncapped commission and performance incentives.
